Well, it is more blue than silver and has white paint spots all over it. One arm and both shoes are completely blue with a small amount of silver paint on one side...and of course, lots of white specks. Definitely not the SILVER Surfer I expected. Buy Hasbro Toys F4 Silver Surfer Icons Figure!
