What can I say....this is the Falcon as I had always wished it would be. The lights, features and details are really incredible, my favorites are the cockpit lights, boarding ramp and boarding ramp flood lights. Cockpit holds four figures and there's tons of room for other figures throughout. I only wished they included some gear, etc with it for the price. I actually went and got the set of figures "training on the Millenium Falcon" with Ben, Luke, R2, and Threepio which comes with the masks, helmet with shield and cargo boxes and put all the gear on board. Also, all those figures that come with that "battle gear" on those boxes, yeah, threw that in the aft cargo hold.
As far as the landing gear....yeah, you won't be lifting off and blasting out of Mos Eisley anytime soon. They come off easy. But, as I said in discussing the AT-TE, these are more stationary playsets. The landing gear are screen accurate(mostly). And seem well suited to support the weight of this thing. But again, this like the AT-TE, is a play on, around or in, as opposed to flying all 15lbs sideways through door ways. Is what it is.
Overall, most of us old timers from the Kenner days certainly appreciate this thing. It really is impressive. Be careful of the chairs...some do seem alittle delicate...ALSO, the articulation and scuplt have changed in the line drastically over time...some figures will obviously fit better than others....Buy Star Wars 3.75" New Millennium Falcon!
