Purchased [...] plush for my daughter for Christmas. Today, Dec. 29th is the 1st day the website has not been "under construction". Managed to sign on - after 20 minutes of LPSO collecting personal data from both me and my daughter (would not register me if I didn't answer all questions). Then system would not take my code, which I clipped the thread myself (and double-checked my typing) to be sure. Error message gave no reason for not taking my code - suggested I contact customer service. After 5 minutes of searching their website for customer service - found a technical support page I could send an email.
