Let me explain my 4 stars. I have seen the larger fur real lion, and it's very cute. It does several things, and has moves and moods. I put it up against my own dog, which is a miniature schnauzer, and she was receptive to it. So, I looked for a fur real schnauzer, and found this one. I bought it, thinking it was more like the lion.
Well, you have to give the puppy quite a tug on her little rope, to get it to make sounds. You can also pat it, if you pat it in just the right place, and it responds. It makes a few sounds, and it's ears and tail moves, it's head cocks to one side. It is grey, and has some of the mannerisms of a real schnauzer. It does not do as much as the larger fur real friend does. Given that, my dog is receptive to it. Yes,I bought it for my dog. And she likes it, until it starts to go to sleep, which it does frequently, and that makes it not as exciting as the larger fur real friend.
