This was a beloved birthday present for our son. So much fun. Until he dismantled the whole thing and I contacted HASBRO about the "guarantee for life". They sent me a shipping label and we sent it back, but 6 weeks later still no truck. Upon contacting them they said they had not processed it yet. Eventually we received a plastic, small truck in the mail via FEDEX but we refused shipment. I just got off the phone with HASBRO and they have stopped manufacturing this truck altogether and all those "guarantees' are worthless now. They offered to replace the truck with several other items but I asked for a monetary refund. My money will go to some other company from now on.
SO while this was a fun toy for a few weeks, it didn't last and the reason we bought it- the guarantee- was false. Buy Tonka Toughest Mighty Truck (handle color may vary)!
